[MOD]Selective LiveOC

I like Ezekeel's MOD 'LiveOC'. Except one(applies to all frequency). So I fixed it once. It works fine. So I want to show this MOD.
This MOD applies 'LiveOC' 800MHz and above. If you want to change. You just change the value '800000'.
